Dynamic Routing in CRM Based on Qualifier Questions

Request is around Parent Child Campaigns in SFDD. For example, if they are in a campaigin in Popl, but one of the qualifying questions is "Saw a demo, yes or no" and is marked as yes, can we put that lead into a different campaign within SFDC

I also think parent/child campaign functionality would be helpful. Either being able to map specific tags on the Popl campaign to add the contact as a campaign member (each tag sends to a specific child campaign), and/or if we had the ability to create sub-campaigns in Popl that basically mirror the parent/child structure in Salesforce.
The reason for this (at least on my side) is so that we have a better way of tracking the touchpoints at an event (e.g. stopped by the booth, attended a happy hour, attended our breakout session, had an onsite demo/meeting, etc.). Having those data points helps me prove out what tactics at events are most effective. It also helps us quantify those touch points and put a higher priority on leads who engaged with us multiple times (more exposure/face time = higher intent/familiarity). It also helps us customize our follow up based on how they engaged with us (e.g. sending them a digital workbook related to our session content vs providing someone who took a demo with more technical documentation).
