Feature Requests

Have the ability to have a list of cold leads, warm leads, and hot leads and assign them in Popl to specific owners. For example, all cold leads go to John in Marketing, Warm leads go to Jane in Inside Sales, and Hot leads go to Joe in Sales.

Instead of previewing the staff in a horizontal scroll, I'd like to see this be a grid.

When adding members to the Team Directory link, once a member is added please grey out the names or remove them from being able to be added twice when adding more members.

PLEASE bring this back. I am a Face Painter and sometimes my gigs are mine and I want to show my tipping apps AND my contact info/social media but many of my gigs are through OTHER event companies and I am not allowed to give out my contact info but I am allowed to take tips. Removing this feature has made Popl useless for me for about 60% of my events.

I really want to be able to sell a digital product and add a link and files so they will automatically get the purchase as well

Please add a bulk messaging feature that allows business owners to send texts and emails to all leads at once. This would be a powerful tool for keeping customers informed about business updates, promotions, and important changes instantly. This feature would significantly enhance Popl’s value as a client engagement platform and make it a true all-in-one communication tool for business owners.
