For example, the ability to create campaigns

I'd like to be able to use the form variables that I create in the email so that I can connect both hidden fields and form values in the email for additional context when I reach out to someone.

One of the downsides I see is that most of the time I share the card, the lead doesn't connect and I end up loosing the contact. I have to end up asking to send me a text message on the spot, but it will be fantastic that as soon as the card is shared (or the QR code is scanned) the card sends a text message along with an email or separately. Text is more convenient than email as people use it more than the other.

We have had issues with UK postcodes when scanning business cards. It seems that the POPL app doesn't recognise the format of the postcode and therefore does not add the details, this has to be added manually after scanning the business card. I have tested this on a number of occasions and every time the postcode field isn't filled in

It would be great if I could use the Popl lead capture form as an embed into my webpage to gather all the lead information in one place rather than make a google form or use Jotform. It would need the functionally to go back to the original webpage and not go to the Popl contact page though.

Popl chat support is unavailable during our peak morning and early afternoon hours in Europe, which are crucial times for setup, troubleshooting, and live support during our events.

We can now add LinkedIn enrichment to business card scans. Although Popl captures the data during the initial scan, it does not update it afterward. We need to request a feature that includes logic to receive and process change notifications from LinkedIn to keep the contact data current.

The team has scheduled planning for this task in Q2 of this year.
