Right now, Popl’s recommended workflow for bulk resyncing leads from error logs is:

1.    Filter leads to show only those that have not synced/exported in the Leads List

2.    Select all filtered records

3.    Trigger Bulk Resync from the action bar

This works only if the leads are globally considered “not exported.”
