It would be excellent to have a function within the lead notes section to have a button that you can click on and it will write out what you say to the phone whether discussing next steps/what was discussed or cover the conversation between the sales person and lead to capture quality follow-up information. To avoid typing out lots of details, which is time consuming and challenging at busy stands/events.
