Event Flow Setting Suggestion - anonymous lead capture

Our sales reps keep their leads very close to the vest. It would be good if there was a setting in the event flow set-up that lets me turn on "anonymous lead capture," meaning when they scan badges or cards, in Popl it shows who captured the lead, but that lead doesn't "live" in that person's account. It will owned by a company page or designated user. We have our leads pushing into Salesforce under our integration user, where they get assigned to the correct geographic owner, but a point of pushback is the lead is still accessible and visible to the person who captured it in Popl. This would remove that issue and make it easier for reps to trust that another rep isn't going to able to have any ongoing contact with their lead, even if they were the one who captured the lead while at a trade show. This is a common occurrence as usually there are one or two reps who attend a show for the sales region, or who cycle through on a schedule, so anyone could be speaking to any booth visitor regardless of that visitor's geographic location.
