I would like to be able sub-group admins create and edit rights to templates for their sub-groups. Case-in-point, our Training Department wants to be able to manage the templates for their training classes, but to do so I had to give someone full admin rights. While he promised to not mess with anything else, it isn't good security practice to give out admin access to non-system-admins. As we onboard more departments and sub-groups, I believe we will see this issue repeated as most groups want to customize their templates and make changes to the links as new resources become available, and others get phased out.
