Feature Request: Incognito Mode for Event Campaigns - For event campaigns, it would be valuable to have an “incognito mode” setting that controls what contact information is shared with scanned leads.
When enabled, any contact exchange initiated by a rep would present generic company-level information to the recipient instead of the individual rep’s details. For example:
>A sales rep shares their QR code at a trade show>The attendee scans it and submits their information>The rep still receives the lead as normal and it pushes over to the CRM under our integration user to be assigned to the geographic owner>The attendee receives a standardized contact (e.g., company name, general phone/email, or a rep finder link) rather than the specific rep’s name and contact details
Use Case:
This helps address concerns around lead ownership and visibility among reps, while also preventing confusion for prospects who may later engage with a different representative for their area than the one they spoke to in the booth.
