I've found that whenever someone has a professional prefix like "Dr." or suffix(es) like "MD", "PhD", or "SHRM-CP" that these fields aren't usually recognized as such and it messes with mapping the person's name to the right fields. I've seen some leads come in as "Dr." for the first name and "Jane Smith" as the last name, and other times where "Jane Smith" get's mapped as the first name and "MD, MPH, MHA" as the last name. It's not easy to see how these fields were mapped incorrectly from the Popl dashboard unless I went into every record with credentials and updated them, but I usually don't catch it until I'm reviewing the lead report in Salesforce and see how everything was synced to the contact record. Having these fields mapped incorrectly also increases the likelihood of the Popl AI enrichment being inaccurate.
